1: KICK OFF & SUBMIT
Timeline: 5 Minutes
Click KICK OFF to answer a few quick questions and start the process. This helps us learn about your club, your vision, and any details like crests, logos, and sponsors.
Once submitted, our team will contact you directly to go over the details and ensure your design is exactly what you want. From there, we’ll finalize everything and get your order moving.

2: RESEARCH & DESIGN
Timeline: 1-7 Business Days
Once you complete KICK OFF, our team researches your club’s identity and starts crafting custom design concepts. Within 7 business days, you’ll receive an initial set of designs based on your vision.
We offer up to 5 free revision rounds, but to streamline the process, we’ll schedule a Zoom meeting to review the artwork together. This ensures real-time feedback and eliminates unnecessary delays.
⚠️ If your team wants its logo as a silicone patch (110 pc minimum but they can be used for other garments), please note that production takes 14-30 days. To avoid delays, it’s best to start early with design and sampling.
Our goal is to create a design that represents your team and is game-ready as fast as possible.

3: PAYMENT & PRODUCTION
Timeline: 7-14 Business Days (Excluding Shipping)
Once your design is finalized, simply send us your order details (sizes, names, numbers). We’ll invoice you, and production starts as soon as payment is received.
Unlike other companies that take 6+ weeks, Stadium Legends produces everything in the USA with a 7-14 day turnaround—cutting your wait time in half.
You'll receive email updates at key points:
When production begins
When your order is nearing completion
When your order ships
We move fast so your team can hit the pitch without delay.

4: DELIVERY
Timeline: 2-7 Business Days (Shipping Time)
Once production is complete, we offer two delivery options:
✅ Option A – Bulk Delivery (Fastest): All items are shipped together and delivered to a coach or designated team representative for distribution.
Shipping costs vary by location and weight, but we cap it at $100—no matter the order size.
📦 Option B – Direct-to-Buyer: We ship each order individually to the buyer’s address for convenience.

We keep your designs on file, making reorders easy. Additionally, we can create a dedicated team LINK where players, friends, and family can customize their own orders with a name and number, allowing them to purchase gear anytime.
